  Bron-Y-Wendon is an award-winning Holiday Park with 5-pennant grading from AA and 5-star from Visit Wales, and one of a few touring parks that are open all year round. With the park being located just off the A55 (Junction 23), Bron-Y-Wendon is unique due to its easy access with no country roads to navigate down. It is the perfect place to stay and explore the whole of North Wales. 

  Just a short walk from the main entrance of our park you have the North Wales cycle path, which takes you in the direction towards Colwyn Bay, Rhos-on-Sea and Llandudno, and also over to Abergele, Rhyl and Prestatyn.

  This includes a coach trip to Llandudno with a ride on the Great Orme tram, 2 meals and the use of a hall on 3 nights.

  The Camper UK Summer Weekend will be held at their campsite near Lincoln.

  3 top nights of entertainment are planned, along with plenty happening at our showroom! If you've ever been before then you know how special a Camper UK Open Weekend is, but for those who haven't, here's a little bit of what to expect:

  The campsite is also located on a lovely flat cycle way which goes along an old railway line and alongside the Fossdyke navigation into the middle of Lincoln after about 8 miles.

  Lincoln Castle is home to an original 1215 Magna Carta and the Castle walls have been renovated allowing you to walk around and view Lincoln. There is an all inclusive Castle and Cathedral Joint Ticket which includes a free return visit within 6 months.

  Camper UK are a significant Carthago dealer and boast a brand new showroom, workshop and accessories shop. You may just find that bargain you were looking for!

  Please be aware that this is a rally field and there is no electric hook up available.

  The campsite is in a valley surrounded by mountains. The pitches are spacious, grassy and some of them are shaded.  The site is close to the town and the  famous Flåm railway and is on the Oslo to Bergen railway line. There are bike rides and walking trails close by.

  To cater for the expected high demand for places we are currently organising 2 meets of 4 nights for 20 vans each week on consecutive weeks.

  When booking please state whether you have a preference for either week or not. We hope to be able to cope with most peoples preference. There is also an additional information box where it is possible to clarify your choice for any reason and state if you would particularly like to be with any other member(s).

  We are intending to book a trip on the Flåm railway and to the Gudvangen Viking Museum by ferry or coach to include a Viking lunch.

  We will have use of a shelter on the campsite so hopefully the weather will let us organise impromptu events.

  The total cost of the meeting is expected to be between £300-£350 with a booking deposit of £150.

  Camper UK Fireworks Open Weekend

  The event will run from Thursday, October 30th to Sunday, November 2nd. This year, we've extended the event to kick off on Thursday with an exclusive Halloween and Bonfire celebration. Dress up in your best costumes on Thursday, and you could win fantastic competition prizes. The weekend will feature a spectacular fireworks display, our renowned Hog Roast, and fantastic live entertainment.

  The event will run from Sunday 7th to Friday 12th December for a maximum of 25 vans.

  This includes a hard standing pitch including electricity for 5 nights.

  Sunday evening meet and greet.

  Tuesday evening a coach will take us to Thursford to enjoy the Thursford Christmas Spectacular. The Christmas Spectacular is an extravaganza of non-stop singing, dancing, music, humour and variety. It’s a fast moving celebration of the festive season featuring an eclectic mix of both seasonal and year round favourites. With a cast of 130 this is the biggest Christmas show of its kind in Europe.

  On Wednesday evening there will be a two course festive meal in the Prince of Wales suite at the racecourse.

  Thursday evening a coach will take us to Holt to enjoy a train ride on the Norfolk Lights Express Train to Sheringham and back twice along the North Norfolk Railway. A restored steam train covered in thousands of colour-changing lights will make the trip and the stations will also be lit.

  During the day a room is available for us to meet up and socialise.

  The deposit is £175 and the anticipated cost is £400 for a van with 2 people. We do appreciate that members might think this is an expensive meeting but it is all being done at cost price as usual. The balance will be due 6 weeks before the start of the event. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at Thursford or on the Train.
