Carthago are organising an international meeting for the German, French, British & Dutch clubs near Aulendorf.

Only members with a Carthago or Malibu will be able to attend this event.

We are awaiting more details from Carthago in early December but know it will include

Coach travel from the site to the factory for a tour around the factory, an opportunity to meet the staff with catering provided.

Henley on Thames (10 May 2026)

Maurice Fuller has organised a 5-day meeting on the Swiss Farm Rally Field from

Sunday 10th May to Friday 15th May.

The Rally Field is within easy walking distance of Henley, public transport to Henley,

Marlow and beyond is at the site entrance, and there are many cycle routes and

walking routes available. All the organised events, including the River Cruise, are dog

friendly.

The Rally Field has Water, a Chemical Toilet Disposal point, and Waste Bins but there

are no electric hook ups.

Sunday 10th May - Arrive, pitch up and settle in with pizzas on site in the evening.

Monday 11th May - Optional historical guided walking tour of Henley.

Tuesday 12th May - River Cruise with Lunch.

Wednesday 13th May - Quiz night with Simon at the neighbouring Rugby Club

Thursday 14th May - Hog Roast on site in the evening.

Friday 15th May - Departures.

The expected cost for this event is £250 per couple, a deposit of £125 will be required

at the time of booking to secure a place.

France May 2026 (25 May 2026)

Sue & Alan Dockrell Kent have organised a 5 day meeting from the 25th May to the 30th May 2026. This is at the C'est Si Bon site Le Camping de L'Isle Verte in Montsoreau on the edge of the Loire river.

Within cycling distance are the historic towns of Saumur ( 11km) and Chinon ( 13km) , both overlooked by their chateaux. The Royal Abbey of Fontevraud is also just a short distance from the campsite.

A welcome drink will be provided on the first night. Items on the itinerary include a visit to the apple museum, a guided walk through the vineyards with wine tasting and lunch. A minibus can be provided for those unable to walk. A coach trip to the Chateau at Villandry with guided visits and a chance to explore the town and cafes. A visit to a “boule de fort” club and wine tasting. A farewell meal on the last evening.

The club has been to this site twice before and had a wonderful time as Clement is a wonderful host.

The site has full facilities and EHU will be included.

The expected cost for this event is £400 per couple, a deposit of £175 will be required at the time of booking to secure a place.

The Camper UK Summer Weekend will be held at their campsite near Lincoln.

3 top nights of entertainment are planned, along with plenty happening at our showroom! If you've ever been before then you know how special a Camper UK Open Weekend is, but for those who haven't, here's a little bit of what to expect:

The campsite is also located on a lovely flat cycle way which goes along an old railway line and alongside the Fossdyke navigation into the middle of Lincoln after about 8 miles.

Lincoln Castle is home to an original 1215 Magna Carta and the Castle walls have been renovated allowing you to walk around and view Lincoln. There is an all inclusive Castle and Cathedral Joint Ticket which includes a free return visit within 6 months.

Camper UK are a significant Carthago dealer and boast a brand new showroom, workshop and accessories shop. You may just find that bargain you were looking for!

Please be aware that this is a rally field and there is no electric hook up available.

Bakewell Meet and AGM (09 Aug 2026)

Maurice Fuller has organised a 5-day meeting on the Bakewell Agricultural Showground Rally Field from Sunday 9th August to Friday 14th August.

The Club’s AGM will also be held during this meet.

The Rally Field is within easy walking distance to Bakewell Town Centre where there are numerous restaurants, coffee houses, pubs etc and public transport links to other towns in Derbyshire including Chatsworth, Castleton, Matlock, and Buxton. Situated adjacent to the Rally Field is the Farmers Feast Restaurant and this will be available on the Monday and the Thursday morning for a hearty full English Breakfast for those that so desire. There are also many cycle routes and walking routes available. All the organised events are dog friendly.

The Rally Field has Water, a Chemical Toilet Disposal point, and Waste Bins, and there will be a limited number of electric hook ups available.

Simon has organised a 5 day meeting from the 30th August to the 4th September 2026. This is at the Caravan Park Prague in the area of Smichov in Prague.

CARAVAN PARK PRAGUE

The site is situated on the tip of the Císařská louka island in the Vltava River close to the historic centre of Prague with excellent transport links.

For members over 65 years old there will be free public transport in the city.

We are looking at a day trip to the castle (the largest in Europe and a trip to the Orthodox cathedral to explore Op Anthropoid from WWII.

We’ll provide maps and advice on options.

The site has full facilities and EHU will be included.

The expected cost for this event is £300 per couple, a deposit of £150 will be required at the time of booking to secure a place.

Camper UK Fireworks Open Weekend

Thursday 29th October to Sunday 1st November 2026

Camper UK Leisure Park, Swinethorpe, Lincolnshire, NG23 7EE

The event will run from Thursday, October 29th to Sunday, November 1st. The weekend usually features a spectacular fireworks display, our renowned Hog Roast, and fantastic live entertainment with 3 themed nights but more details are to be confirmed soon.

The cost is £60 for a van with 2 people and £10 for each additional person.

If you are a current Phoenix club member the event is free.

Food and Drinks:

Each evening will feature delicious food and drinks available for purchase, with a complimentary hog roast on Saturday.
